1 General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between 111bat ("the Platform", "we", "us") and any individual ("Player", "you") who registers an account or uses any service offered through 111bat, accessible at https://111bat.club. By registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet on 111bat, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them.

2 Eligibility

3 Account Registration

If duplicate accounts are detected, 111bat reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances held within them.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

111bat supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket — the three most widely used mobile financial services in Bangladesh. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi taka (BDT). There are no currency conversion fees.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit: ৳200
• Deposits are credited to your 111bat account within seconds under normal conditions.
• 111bat does not charge any fees on deposits. Your mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Only deposit funds that belong to you. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

Withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is under 15 minutes during normal operating hours.
• 111bat does not charge withdrawal fees. Your mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed or if a withdrawal is flagged for security review.
• Bonus funds must meet applicable wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

111bat offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, as well as the general bonus rules set out here. In the event of any conflict, the specific offer terms take precedence.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each offer's terms. For example, a 20x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means you must wager ৳20,000 before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses that are not claimed or wagering requirements that are not met within the stated timeframe will result in the bonus being forfeited.

111bat reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including but not limited to cases where:

• Suspicious activity, fraud, or money laundering is detected.
• A player is found to be under 18 years of age.
• A player has initiated unjustified chargebacks or payment disputes.

In cases of account closure due to a Terms violation, 111bat reserves the right to withhold any bonus winnings and, in cases of fraud, to withhold the entire account balance pending investigation.

11 Limitation of Liability

Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control may occasionally affect platform availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 111bat shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from a player's failure to comply with these Terms.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform.
• Any losses resulting from unauthorised access to a player's account due to the player's failure to maintain account security.
• Any interruption to service caused by factors outside 111bat's reasonable control, including internet outages, payment provider downtime, or force majeure events.

Nothing in these Terms limits 111bat's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12 Changes to Terms
